Relax Kids

Relax Kids sessions are specifically designed to help children manage their stress, anxiety, and anger while promoting confidence, self-esteem and peaceful sleep. In a one-to-one session, children will learn basic relaxation and stress reduction techniques which they can apply in situations that induce stress or anxiety. The sessions also help to promote positive self-image and improve self esteem, and develop creativity and imagination. Used in used in schools, hospitals, children’s centres, libraries and homes, the sessions use a combination of relaxation games, stretching including yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation with visualisation. Relax Kids can benefit children of all ages who are experiencing some of the issues below:
