Karolina Gburczyk     

Karolina is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and qualified Play Therapist. She works with children with autism and learning difficulties. She completed her BCBA course sequence at Florida Institute of Technology. She has an MA in Psychology and a PTUK accredited Play Therapy Diploma from APAC and Canterbury Christchurch University (2009). She is also qualified in teaching yoga for children with special needs.

Coming from a psychology background, Karolina understands that getting fit and healthy is just as much about the mind as it is about the body. In her free time she cycles and also has been practicing B.K.S Iyengar yoga herself for the past 16 years. Karolina is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher.

Tracey Tibbals     

Tracey has over 18 years of experience working with children with autism and related language delays. She began at university as a tutor on a home programme for a 7 year old boy where she was first introduced to applied behaviour analysis (ABA). After university she became a tutor for 2 further ABA programmes before being employed at a London ABA school. She stayed at the school for 13 years, working her way up from tutor to Senior Supervisor/Consultant. She has worked with a range of different needs and abilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Global Developmental Delay.

Tracey has a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Bangor University and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.
